The farmhouse is ideally situated in close proximity to the University of Georgia, home of the beloved UGA Bulldogs football team. Sports enthusiasts will revel in the opportunity to soak up the game-day atmosphere. The Bulldog Farmhouse serves as your base for immersing yourself in the proud traditions and passions that define UGA football.

- Bedroom 1 has two queen beds
- Bedroom 2 has one king bed
- Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed, 2 single beds

Having a car is recommended. There is also a bus route nearby that loops around Athens. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible.

We subscribe to a monthly pest and mosquito service, but depending on the time of year and weather conditions, that does not guarantee a bug will not make an appearance during your stay. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside the home.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. 

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
