Travelease Protection – Guest

Summary

Our TravelEase Protection program is mandatory for all our property owners and renters and provides a seamless experience and peace of mind. Guests are required to pay a non-refundable fee per reservation, which we hold. The program covers a range of benefits that benefit everyone involved. This only applies to reservations that are less than 30 days.

What it Covers

Guest

Cancellation & Rescheduling Guarantee

The guest may cancel their reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a 100% refund and 50% refund for 7 days
(minus the Travel Ease protection fee)

The guest is allowed to move their reservation to a later date within 6 months from their initial reservation; with subject to availability. The rate for the rescheduled reservation will need to be equal to the rate of their original reservation.

(exceptions are left to be decided by MPM Vacation Rentals)

Inclement Weather

The guest is allowed to move their reservation to a later date within 6 months from their initial reservation; with subject to availability. The rate for the rescheduled reservation will need to be equal to the rate of their original reservation.

Damage Coverage

The guest will be covered up to $200 dollars of unintentional damages to the property (any additional cost above the $200, we will handle with the guest directly)

Monthly Maintenance

Guests will NOT be charged for items that need to be replaced.

Guests can make payments, see property info, browse attractions, claim discounted tickets and much more in one convenient place.
